For most contractors, growth is a goal, but adding people and processes to your business environment does present challenges. A lot of those growing pains involves information; many companies lack a systematic way to transfer accumulated knowledge to newly onboarded employees, which can lead to information gaps that impact clientele. The same is true of employees, especially at a management level, who leave the company for retirement or other jobs.
