The following RS Means database comes complete with a city index that is used to accurately calculate costs for specific cities or regions. This database includes material cost, labor cost and labor productivity units. There are also equipment costs incorporated into the database.
Building Construction Western Cost Data
Over 20,000 unit price line items covering all 16 divisions of the CSI Master Format. This extensive database is ideal for construction cost estimating of new construction and major renovations for commercial and industrial projects costing $500,000 and up. There are items in the database that are specific to the western United States.
